I’ve noticed a regular occurrence that keeps happening to my days and I’m not happy with it. In the mornings, I’m productive, motivated and energised. After lunch, I spend all my time sat watching television, feeling lethargic and clock watching until it’s time to make dinner.
Take yesterday, for example: I got up and walked Clover, did a 30 minute upper body workout, wrote a blog post and edited my IGTV video all before lunch. I felt so glamorous in my dresses, and it made me feel great about myself.
After lunch was a different story. I was lethargic, bored and restless. I need something to do during the afternoons. We’ve spent weeks being busy with decorating and moving house. Now that we’ve settled in, I’ve embraced allowing myself to relax. Now is the time to find a new routine.
