February is commonly known as the month of love but this year, I want to focus on self-love and I want you to join me! It’s time to take responsibility for loving yourself and I have just the resource to help you do it!

Month of Me is your new calendar for scheduling in those all important self-love rituals. With 30 different ideas, you can plan something for everyday of the month!
Why is Self-love important?
Our mental health is central to our self-esteem. Low self-esteem can lead to depression therefore it’s really important that we practise being kind to ourselves as well as others. Whether it’s your body image or the path that you’re currently on that’s getting you down, taking a deep breath and reminding yourself how great you are can really help.
Here’s how you can get involved!
