Hello reader!
I never realised how much waste is involved with moving house. We had a wardrobe, bed and fridge freezer delivered and the amount of cardboard, plastic and polystyrene is shocking.
Thankfully, these are all items that will last us many years so at least it’s only a one off. There was so much waste that it filled our entire patio area! Our local recycling point is booking only and we were lucky to get a slot so soon. We filled the car and managed to get rid of all of it which has left our patio looking less cluttered!
I still need to buy a garden brush and some more plants to get the garden looking bright and vibrant. There’s a beautiful rose bush and another plant (if you know what it is – please comment below!!) My little succulent that I’ve been nurturing for two years now is also looking well!
We’re really want some garden furniture whilst the weather is nice but most of what is in our price range is sold out. We’ll keep looking and I’ll let you know if we find anything.
